Cheerleader or Critict?
We are our own worst enemy! We need to learn how to be our own biggest fan or cheerleader! We need to take some of the advice that we give others to not be so hard on ourselves to heart. When we do something wrong, we are the first person to get down on ourselves. We need to ask ourselves, would we say what we said to ourselves to our children? Probably not, we would not even say it to a stranger. When you do make a mistake or eat too much of something, you need to acknowledge it and not dwell on it or berate yourself for it, definately don't ignore it and hope it will go away, this doesn't make you a bad person, this makes you normal. Berating or critisizing ourselves does no one any good. We need to be examples for our family and friends.Positive cheerleading or encouraging that we give others is something that needs to start with ourselves first. Choose to cheer !!! I need to be my best friend first. Go K-Train!!

Just read this one AGAIN! I choose to cheer for myself AND you, too! Point out the positive, let the bad roll off our shoulders. We are good, we are human, and we are cheerLEADERS! Have a great weekend and I'll see you with a smile on Monday morning!!!
